My only question is....now that a refund has been offered, why won't the buyer take him up on it? That to me is the biggest ?

I'm happy this didn't get locked before everything was said-THANKS MODS! I just hope this has caused both buyers and sellers to realize they both are responsible in their own rights. I offered him a refund BEFORE all this started. I offered the refund, and he immediately came on here and started the Scammer thread.
He didn't like the fact I wanted him to send it back...he just wanted the money.
And no, shipping cost was never discussed.
Let's call it a day on this subject please, it's been very successfully beaten to death!!! Any more posts about the bumper deal will result in action!! Enough is enough!!
