Very nice! Nothing beats living in the country (or in the woods) on some acreage. I live in the city but have 5 acres up island and have been building a log cabin that we will retire to when we are ready. I hope to build a nice big shop when I can

That is the plan here too,I own this property lock stock and barrel.
all deat's are paid,I will morgage house to have my shop soon.
30x36 A two car shop with pool table and a card/bar and pooper/shower.

10 day's till I go get my BB truck :wav:

Sounds great Mike! The bigger the shop the better, my wife wanted a small house, easier to look after and the kids are grown up and I wanted a big *** shop :toothy7:

Here's a pic of the cabin, still lots to do inside, it's one bedroom and a loft, looks bigger than it is because of the height and porch I think.

Nice cabin Rob. And I think the key to a successful marriage is a well equipped, big assed shop. The more time a man spends in the shop, the less time he's underfoot in the wife's domain. :)

That sure is one fine log home,And I like the chat around the house.
I bet you and the wife are very proud of it.
Look's like 1.600 sq feet of living space or more.
With plenty of mother nature around. Congrad's, I like it

It's just over 1100 sq feet of living space inside, it's the massive roof that makes it look bigger. It's a nice size for two people. It's tucked way back in the woods so the neighbours won't complain later when I work on the cars. I wish I had a shop under construction like you do Mike, that's the real dream  Like Sid said, the key to a good marriage is a good shop :) Unfortunately I won't be able to build the shop for a while, unless I win the lottery

I have not started it yet,
Got to get the house all trimed in first,
Then the shop will take off

I totally agree Sid, I built my first shop when I was in my 5th year of marriage,
And Everything smooth out after that day.

Was that because she made you move out there?
