Nice cabin Rob. And I think the key to a successful marriage is a well equipped, big assed shop. The more time a man spends in the shop, the less time he's underfoot in the wife's domain. :)

I have to agree, we now live in a lil town (somewhere between a horse turd and a corn cob) but also own a little less than 2 acres in another county. I bought the place because of the 35X50 garage, it a steel and concrete structure. I've added a bath, a propane furnace, and seriously thinking of putting in AC. We spend quite a few weekends there, quite comfortable actually. We're talking of just putting in a doublewide when we retire in a couple years.

Just remember as OldVart hinted at above : "A mans home is his castle, but his garage is his paradise", I call mine the "Mopar Barn".

Mike, great house. How many SF? of the garage I mean.

Rob, I love the yard, no grass to cut when the kids are out of the way.

The shop will be 24 feet wide and 30 ft deep,
There willbe plenty of room for a pool table bathroom shower and one car with plenty of work area :toothy7:
Thank's Jeff , Just can't wait to get the house completed.

I like the idea of having the pool table in the shop, after all that's where a man spends most of his time  You'll have to post some more pics of your progress
