It's that time of year again. I will be leaving to go moose hunting tomorrow morning. I will be guiding a fellow worker and my son-in-law. It's only a 3 day hunt here so the pressure is on. I will be the one trying to talk to the moose and get them close. I'm sure we will all have a good time and lots of wobbley pops will bite the dust after the hunting is done. This is a big event here as it is a draw tag and they only give out about 3500 tags with about 60,000 applicants. I hope to have a few pics for you all after I get back.

Safety and fun always come first. Then we worry about getting a moose. I am fluently bi-lingual, I speak english and moose. LOL

Hay Jack !! If you see a moose with a squirrel on his back get his signature for me will ya please :-D Enjoy time away bud, and have a wobbley pop for me :happy10:
What kind of side arm do you carry Jack, if it is allowed or not ?

Good luck man! Bow season starts here the 2nd and I cant wait. I glassed the field where I hunt and spotted a nice buck.:-D

Thanks Mike, I do my very best.

Join me on a hunt, apply next year for New Brunswick. All you have to do is get drawn, pay the $450 plus/minus for the license and get yourself here. I will take care of everything else. Lodging at my camp, food, gun, transportation when you get here, all that stuff. Cheapest guided hunt in the world.

I will probably take care of the squirrel to Mike. LOL

No side arms here Mike, it's against the law. My rifle of choice for moose is a .270 Remington 7400 Auto Loader. I can reach out and touch them with it.

It's always great when you see them before the hunt Evan. Kind of gets the blood warm. hehehe

Good luck on the hunt.

By the way, one of my grandsons is named Evan. Good name.
