I think I may have an NOS "OLD" either DC or Mopar Performance solid .590 cams & lifters in my stash. I am contemplating running it in my 416 once I get all the machine work done & get it assembled.

Not complaining! Ive got one in a box waiting for use, but mine is the big block version.

I picked up the 557 & the 590 before prices went berserk. They will find there way into small blocks with a 6 pack and a tunnel ram respectively.

My current 440 has a 557, cause i couldnt find the .590 i had for it.




Naturally, i found the 590, about two weeks after i got it running with the 557.


And, like Rumble, i bought mine before the prices tripled. (I think i paid less than $200 for cam and lifters.

Probably because it is old enough that the core has quality metallurgy, not like today's garbage...& the seller knows that. Hence the 'extra' value.
