Since my pile is finally running/driving and sufficiently reliable, I'll be headed down to Union Grove for the Mopar weekend on Saturday. I'm bringing a ton of A and B body parts for the swap meet as well. There was a pretty good FABO turn out last year, but I would be interested in seeing who's coming this year?

Hey Tuckinauster!

Plan to be there on Sunday. Not sure if I will bring my fish or charger, but one of them will be setting in the pits somewhere.

Be looking for ya'

I'll be there tomorrow and Sunday and will have my lime green '73 Swinger in the show area, it'll be parked next to my buddies orange '70 cuda. We're also bringing a trailer with a Demon front clip, and a bunch of other stuff for the swap meet.

See ya Sunday!

Few pics from Saturday.

Thank you for sharing a great day with us :colors:

couldn't make it this year. maybe next year. can't get my car to stay running when i go to put it in drive or reverse. in neutral and park it idles all day long. soon as you put into drive or reverse it dies instantly.

Sounds like a fuel pressure issue

That Vart has been around a long time. Vart = Valiant with dart front clip

I was there last year also. Not too bad a crowd. Supposed to be a little bit warmer today, hopefully more will show up. I'm thinking about going again today. I have plantar fasciitis and it was acting up yesterday, foot feel good now.

Not trying to make excuses now, but it was cold yesterday, cold for late July anyway. Temp was about 60*. If I was too guess I would say somewhere around 20 cars for show only. There were probably at least as many, maybe more that were drivers and being run at the track, so they were in the pit area. Cool thing about the pits is you can get right next to the cars while they are working on them, I mean so close you have to watch that you don't get in the way. Much closer than NHRA events. Not too bad a turnout considering the weather.
