I have been noticing that more than a few of you own an old coupe, sedan, or truck. Some are complete and some are being built but I would love to see some photos and descriptions of your builds. Love those street rods! @LAVA @Plymouth 65

Let's keep the photos and discussion limited to Mopar or Mopar powered vehicles. Thanks

A dream of mine is a 50 Plymouth Business coupe Gasser style. Just love the looks of the 50.

A buddy put this one together. He had a Dakota that gave up it's drive train and electrics. He used the Dakota dash and computer system. You can hook the scanner into it when the check engine light comes on.

That old Hudson my friend owns, 350 Chevy power, and I gave him one of my 80es dodge truck hoods to build the roof, great driver and loaded, A/C cruise and tilt wheel.
Next to it is his brother's Chevy, and then my old 64 Chevy

I agree LOVE the business coupes!!!

One thing for sure, us old geesers that actually relate to the 40s and 50s cars, they get more afforable every day. But funny thing I see every day, fewer and fewer people have a desire to build ANY year or model. Most want perfect, and completely done, and cheap!!!! A guy yesterday looked at a car I have for sale, and bitched because a side marker lite was not working!!!!!!! yea really.

the one I just sold, 29 Chrysler 392 hemi and a 4spd. I miss that car every day but not the cramped driving position.

Like these? I have a 49 business coupe. If there was a west coast version of SEGA, it would get built as a gasser starting tomorrow. (I think(?) that's Moparwacko's 65 behind the 46? (48?) The flamed 46 now has a blown alcohol gen 1 hemi, 5 second eighths.)

Love me a big butt business coupe, makes for a cool gasser when 40-41 Willys are just a $$$dream.
Dodges version, same body different grille, tail lights, Dash.
52 custom chassis, straight axle, stout 440, 4spd, 8-3/4. decade build, I`m slow...lol

52 Dodge B3B, 330 Desoto Hemi, 727, E body rear with 3.23 SG. Bought it two years ago as a fresh build. Since then I’ve been doing enhancements. It’s a good driver and gets a lot of attention.

Im currently readying a drive train, engine, trans and rear for a 30ish Dodge PU. Im currently working on getting a rolling chassis with a good cab. The engine that’s going in the PU will be a fresh 241 Baby Hemi, a 46RE OD trans and a 8.75. That’s pretty much all complete and ready to go.

In the meantime that’s all on hold, need to finish the 273 Commando in my 66 Valiant
