...the '65 Satellite sounds like a big block, it passed me coming the other direction once.

The '66 Valiant is on Hwy 17, my Dad bought my Mom a beige one in '66, and I spotted this when my Mom was visiting, that was cool.

Here's a couple more. This early Sweptline is up the road from me. It belongs to an old well driller. Vandals have smashed most the windows out, but I'd still love to have it. The hood is seized shut so I have no idea what engine is has.

Doesn't look too rusty either!

Here is what is left of my brother's '68 318 notchback. Back in the '70's I had a '67 273 fastback, my brother had this one, my sister had a '67 slant convertible and my mother had a '67 slant notchback, My mother's notchback rests upside down about 30 feet away from my brother's ... many years ago someone came to my parent's door and ask if they could have some parts and my father said sure so anything good disappeared.

Here are some photos of a 1968 Formula S I encountered back in 2006 close to home. It is a 383 4 speed. I asked whether it was for sale but it wasn't. It sat in this position for many years and then disappeared. Last summer it reappeared and is now a daily driver. It looks good in black primer. The tag indicated this was originally a silver car. My '69 is next to it in a couple of the photos.

Hard to see, but there's a '57 Dodge Custom Royal 2 door wagon on the side of highway 7 in Saskatchewan, just west of Vanscoy.

And an early Valiant I saw in Iricanna, Alberta today.

Nice find on the 68 Formula S car!

I used to love just spending a day walking 1 we had here in wisc when we were kids VANS AUTO it was called the had almost 3000 cars they scrapped it all out now and just a new parts house now some of those old dashes were so cool and not 1 piece of plastic in the whole car except lights aswme **** dude see if you can get me a price on that 70 dart that's like the 1 I had stole from me 35 years ago

A small show near my house, this cool C-body caught my eye right away. I never made it to look at the rest of the cars...383 Commando 4-speed. According to published figures, only 0.2% of '68 Fury's were 4-speeds. This car is original down to the patina of dust inside the engine compartment. The owner was very friendly, comes from a real Mopar family. He has the fender skirts, he had just hadn't put them back on after working on the brakes. I am kicking myself for not asking him to take me for a quick ride in this rare full-size Mopar muscle car! :banghead:

Friend of mine in MI had a 68 Fury III 'vert 383 Commando 4 speed which he bought somewhere on the east coast (NJ maybe). He ended up having to sell it so he could keep his house.

Here in my town there's a 72 or maybe 73 Scamp sitting in a driveway and I know it hasn't been moved in years. Still, doesn't look too hateful at all.
