Yes on the bore.... 3.79 seems to be the favored crank in the 9.0 deck.4.185" bore? Dry sump only? It would be a monster with a 4" or 4.125" crank.
thanks for the info....any chance you know cmp...ratio..?View attachment 1715604191

It was a spare i picked up years ago. Same Coleman heads my W8 in my car has so all valve train etc would swap over If I needed. It supposedly has 12 dyno passes on it. I always figured if something happened to my engine, I’d build this one. A guy local to me ran W8 engines in his salt flat racer and switched his program to diesel so he had a bunch of this stuff laying around. As I stated.... CORE. it’s been sitting in climate controlled environments, but it’s NOT drop in race ready. It’s a dry sump 9.0 deck R3 with a 3 1/4 stroke crank. 358 cubes. It would be an ambitious project, but capable of some fun for sure.
thankyou...I'd would like to take a peek at it...but Arizona is a bit far...lolI can’t say for sure with accuracy.... but they did run VP-C12 so I’d say north of 12-1. I run 13.5-1 in my current combo and run the same fuel.
