Be patient and find a nice one. In this economy it is hard to sell a house, so you have the upper hand. If they don't want to deal, go look at a few more. Sooner or later someone will have a nice house and be willing to deal...

well guys there was little room for stuff like this for him and his famliy ... i want to thank all them that helped get him here ..... but i hate to say it but if we dont help him get some thing hes going to run outta cash real soon im outta a truck tomarrow .. so ya i cant help tomarrow but i got my bro danny if cliff can pck him up that knows the strrets alot .. better then me ...now im im getting around from the knee alot better .. im going to try to make a scarp run to help them live when there looking for a home ... u think we can start a ummm some thing to help them man i wish i was rich i would help all and any one i could i dont know ... what to do .....

i am i just stared a new post take a look im outta ideals
My wife just found us a storage unit through U Haul first month free. That is a help and free's up our van to look for a place starting today.
I feel positive this morning Cliff, Looking forward to seeing a new thread.

John we got everything unloaded into a storage unit. And right now we are in a hotel with my health we can not camp out,which is what my van is built for but the interior is worn out.

Thank You John you and ABB have been great friends ever since I was in the Hospital. I checked my sugar this morning and it was high. So the hotel is good right now. I will be able to get back on my diet and lower my sugar back under control.

Not really. All the cheaper housing is on the Northside of town so we are looking around BA and Catossa.

The north side..... I lived right on the border 35 years ago and it was pretty bad then. Peoria area was pretty bad then also. Have you looked around Bixby to see what is over there? I haven't been there for a long time but things looked decent the last time I was. How many in your family and how much space do you need? I know there is you, Mary and at least one son. I am way behind times being off the site for nearly a year and I don't remember so pardon my asking.
There is myself,my wife, 2 sons and a German Shepherd. I never thought about Bixby.

BA has always been pricey. Bixby used to be behind on the prices since it was an older community. It was always quiet and just a nice community. Keep in mind it has been a few years so that may not be true now.
We will keep it in mind. We will be getting the newspaper tomorrow for more searching.
