I forgot about Owasso. That is a decent area also.

Cliff, you may have to get papers directly from the smaller towns. People tend to advertise more locally if they are not in the Tulsa market because the Tulsa paper cost is really expensive. Some towns have a weekly or twice weekly paper instead of a daily.

I was thinking it wouldn't hurt to ask around, whomever you encounter while you're out and about, if they know anyone who has a place for rent that would fit your needs.

Cliff, real estate agencies often carry rentals, so you may wish to try that route as well. I found a very nice house that way, ended up living there 5 years.

All these foreclosed homes the banks have you would be stupid to rent. You can buy a house from the bank for the same amount as rent. They was talking about it on the radio this morning.

I know but my credit isn't the great.So the one chance I had is gone for now.We will repair our credit.

True but it can be good to rent a place at first and take your time checking out the area and finding a place to buy.
