MP offset shackle kit

Bolting in the shackles and hangers is relatively easy, depending on how rusty and stuck the old ones are.

Grinding the stock spring perches off the axle housing and welding on new ones in the right place while maintaining the proper pinion angle and keeping everything square is a little harder.

yes about 3/4 of an inch on each side extra clearance. I run this set-up on my duster and it allows me to use 8-1/2 rims with 275 60 15s.

I have 4-1/4 backspace. Here's some pic.s but there probably not very good ones for what you want to see.

Do one side at a time when you weld the spring perch onto the axle while the other one is still attached and at the correct angle. This is a little harder to do since your cramped for space. But it does minimize problems on the rears angle.

There is a gauge, a pinion angle finder that will help. Worst case, you can get shims.
