My 1965 Valiant wagon street / strip project

Actually have all 5 doors working fairly well .. That was another struggle , was able scrounge up just enough parts to get the last two doors to latch and unlatch ..big win

&*&^%$#^ !!

One step forward , now two back ..

fought the driver side doors for some time , finally got the needed parts, got both opening and closing fine, the passenger side never had been an issue , installed new windlace around the doors ..

Now passenger door seems to be wedged shut ( could be latch ) but, this is going to be fun to get open F !

List gets shorter , if previous owner would of taken care of it be easier

Not bad for the amount of money I spent to do it .. Previous owner used 3 tab shingles to cover holes in floor south Dallas engineering

It's kinda cool to see a car that started about the same time as mine, and finishing up about the same time.
Both SBM [not my forte]
Both A-bodies [not my forte]
Lots of fab and thinking [definitely my forte]
Both patina [again, not my forte]

My car, "Krusty", is more track directed, just due to fuel type and mpg. However, it is a riot of the street. I'm gonna have my
TQ guru, build me a more streetable carb.

Congrats! Killer Valiant.
Maybe in some parallel universe we will meet. We have similar tastes and cars.
