My Boss just bought a Formula S convertible!

Anyway, I guess he saw it during a road trip last week, and he finalized the deal just last night. He’s going to rent a trailer and haul it home this weekend.

And that’s about all I know about it at this point.

He mentioned SD, ND, and Wyoming when he was telling me about it, but to be honest I couldn’t keep everything straight, as he bounced around a bit. All I know for certain is that it’s out there in one of those States…..

I'm on-board with both of these, as I've been yankin' his chain a little and telling him it's too bad that the Roadster Shop doesn't build a chassis for it, "like they do for real cars"!

Poor guy hasn't even driven it in to the shop yet, and already I'm on his case and giving him some crap!

Is that still a commando 273 car Jim? It's sharp...Good color especially the seats and top if it did not come with factory air.

I believe it is, yes. I don't have more than 3-4 pictures of it myself, all of which I've posted here, but I've seen pictures of the engine bay, and it looks really nice....

I don't believe the car has A/C, but he doesn't care, as the top will be down for 99% of it's life anyway, I would bet.

we have a 67 with white interior and a black top. It seems weird to me that the top doesn't match the seat color. Something just doesnt look right about the color difference but I'm glad the seats are white in July and August.

That's one of two changes he says he want to make to it over the winter: Replace the top (back to the OEM white), and add power disc brakes. I told him I can't help him on the former, but I just may be able to point him in the right direction on the latter, thanks to this place!
