I had to leave early, and I STILL don't have the Show results (although I doubt I won anything) There was a S**T LOAD of really nice Barracudas/Cudas there!!

Nice Barracuda!!!! Is that the factory color? If so what is the paint code?

The color is great! My car would never stand up to the scrutiny of those car show judges. Very nice B`cuda Glow Worm!

i saw your car there and didn't know it was yours! it was a very nice car. i think you should have done well. there were alot of cuda's there but don't let that discourage you. i think it looks great!

Thanks for the compliments.
The color is actually not a 66 color, but there is a color that was pretty close for 1965. I'm sorry I don't know what the 1965 paint code is/was.

The paint was a "mistake" by the supplier, but I really liked it better than the original B5 Blue. Turns out it is a color called "Sage Effect" and it is supposed to be a late 90's GM color. I can get the number off of the can if you are really interested.

OldVart: You're car is really gonna look nice. My first (driveable) car was a 65 Dart 4 door, slant 6.

Very nice!! We were parked almost across from each other!! I was the only '69 Barracuda in the Young Guns section... didn't win, kinda knew I wouldn't... tough competition!

My problem is that this was my first time to a major show, and I guess I forgot to read the fine print on the judging requirements. My radio, cigarette lighter, and back up lights don't work. I could have had them done before I got there, and then I found out my license plate light didn't work (during the judging) and.............I didn't know I was supposed to bring a fire extinguisher. I got an education. I'll be prepared next time.

Kinda funny....... The judge asked me to turn on the radio. I turned it on and he said, "It's not working." I said, "It works, I just don't have a speaker for it."

They were all pretty good, friendly guys. I've been to smaller shows where the guys didn't know anything about Mopars, and were A-holes.
