My favorite dirt

As some of you know, until recently I was an avid dirt biker.
I rode a 500cc four stroke Honda, and this is a trail I have ridden many times.
About 8 min in will give you a good idea of what this trail is really like.
One of my favorites, and it definitely keeps you in shape.

I have had problems with my back since I was in my 20’s and I always felt a lot better for a few days after a good ride.

Beautiful country in Central AZ! Lots of great mountain biking up there as well. Prescott is probably my favorite town in that area....spent lots and lots of time up there.
