I used to sit in one of those, back in about 1964 or 5. It sat along an old fence line, and had seen better days. But for a kid 5 or 6 years always from a driver's license, man I must have put a million miles on that truck and never turned a wheel. Thanks for the memories.

We had an old flatbed on the farm and same thing she was plumb worn out and sinking in the ground but I played in it every day.

If I had "jus a little" extra I'd be gettin' that old girl!!

I'll have a motor/trans (and rolling chassis) from a '46 Dodge pickup available for sale in a month or so, if anyone does want to buy this truck and wants the driveline. :)

I think SSRPM in Ohio has all the bed components (repop) available, too.

man, southern idaho is a treasure trove of unrusted old steel. I check the Spokane CL pretty regularly, and it seems like there's always something I have to have RIGHT NOW in twin falls.

Man...I have a running and driving 1980 step side with a clean bed and a rotten cab.....

...but barring Alaska and Hawaii, I believe that's nearly the longest possible drive in the US for me :(
