Nailed a speech today!

I had to give a speech in front of 50 manager's of our company and the owner this morning. I had to pick a topic and make it effective. :shock: I have been a sales trainer for 14 years now so I got chosen :roll: :roll:

Anyway I nailed it! I was a little nervous but I figured I was the only one who knew what I was talking about so that helped. Plus my next step is to get my own dealership so I got a few browny points today. :thumrigh:

anyway my topic was about change and growth in our organization and how to measure when change is needed based on whether it was a skill based issue or a system based issue. This should be enough info for you guy's to know that you don't want to hear the rest.
