I am desperately looking for a throttle cable bracket for 1965 Commando 273- other years might work- 1965 part #2465986

thanks

Are you looking for something restoration specific? If not, the Bouchillon Performance or Mancini Racing might have something that will work.

yea- I picked up a Lokar set up, but hope to find the correct bracket with intake, carb and chrome air cleaner- even found a NOS PVC chrome piece- the Hemi guys missed one-
thanks for advice- I appreciate it

Hay np. I have a friend local to me who is a big Mopar guy and has lots of stuff.....probably nothin 273 but I will poke around the shop when I go see him in the next day or so. You never know.

Well after supper, I went to his shop and dug through his pile of stuff for over an hour. He has all kinda kickdown linkage and some big block brackets, but no small block stuff. I tried.

Gib...they are unique to the Commando 273. Here's a pic of a correct one...

...and hey, Stroker, if Sarah hadda looked like that, she mighta got elected.....:blob::oops::sign6::blob:

That is not the linkage style on the .65- I have tried one like that- The bracket I need is a single bracket- the kick down is seperate- I'll try to find the picture
Thanks for all the help- it is what is great about the folks on this site- willing to take the time to help a fellow MOPARite

I gotta couple other sources. I'll keep lookin.

The original 4bbl cable bracket is a real simple bracket but a mirror image of the 2bbl one. I don't have one for sale but I can post a photo of one if you like.
