Can somebody give me a part # for rod bearings for this 1974 slant 6 engine. And where can you get them. I ordered a set from Summit Racing last week. They came in and they were the wrong bearings. The guy tried to tell me that this was a cast crank. It is a forged crank. What he sent was Sealed Power part # SLP-8-7125CH. They were about .85 wide. The ones in the engine measures just about .985 wide. Called Summit back to tell them they sent the wrong bearings and he told me again that these would fit this engine. Oreillys cant get them. Advance auto had no idea what the hell I was talking about. So I figured someone here should know. I think maybe CB-606G , not sure. they are std bearings. Thanks,Bill

I got mine from ebay.
And yeah about being obsolete I was told the same about a water pump gasket from Napa this afternoon. I know better.

8-7125ch is a Performance rod bearing for a 273, 318 , 340 or 360, NOT A /6
/6 forged crank bearing # is 6-2375cp OR 2375cp, and 6 for a quantity.

yeah I thought they sent the wrong ones. How about CB606G. I found them at Rock Auto. They cross with the 6-2375 cp
