I,m looking to buy some Torque Thrust D,s(polished grey)15x10 with a 3.5 inch offset and 6.5-7.5 b.space.This is for my minitubbed 66 Dart,I don,t want to shorten the rear cause I just bought the Moser axels(LBP)Can anyone direct me to where I can buy these?I checked Summit Racing but they only go to a 6 inch b.spacing.Will these work with a 30 inch tire? Thanks for any help

Going by the American Racing web page they don't make anything with more than a 4.03" back space.

Am I figuring this wrong? I don't think your numbers add up.

10" rim is about 11" wide
3.5" neg. offset would give about 2" backspacing
3.5" pos. offset would give about 9" backspacing

I have been all over the AmericanRacing web page ant it looks like the HOT ROD CUSTOM TORQ THRUST II are your only option.

They have custom (made to order) in whatever offset you want. Personally I don't think these capture the look of a "D" very well.

From what I have found……. The size you want is simply not made in a "D".

Love mine , of course I have them on a narrowed Dana
The Mosier Axles can be cut and resplined

Hi Folks,
I need help & suggestions in replacing my original rims on my 69 Barracuda. Please help me in the following issues:

-what is the best looking wheel for 69 Barracuda?
-what is the best size wheels & tires (rear & front) that will look nice and does not make any kind of problem? Thanks

Go to the Summit Racing site and click on wheels, they have a wide variety of wheels. Now that I think of it,you probably have the 5x4 sbp wheels.sbp=small bolt pattern, which leaves you very limited. You could always swap to the LBP rotors and axels for a better selection of rims.Good Luck!

To clarify some of the terminology:
Rim width is in inches, and it is measured from inside lip to inside lip.
Backspace is measured in inches, and it is from flate back area on wheel that sits against the drum/rotor/hub.
Offset is measured in milimeters. The measurement is from the centerline of the wheel. A + offset will have have x number of mm from the centerline to the where the wheel sits against drum. Most FWD applications have a very positive offset.
RWD generally have a negative offset. Think old school cragars, the deep dish "reverse" wheel has a huge negative offset.

Hopefully this helps in your search. My info does not show an off the shelf wheel in the shape you are skig for, as the wheel would have a very FWD , high offset look to it, and IMO, might not look right for a Torque thrust look wheel.
