Need input Quick! 69 dart gt

I found a '69 dart gt for sale.
It has no motor or trans.
It has been raced, has fiberglass front fenders and hood. (body is all there)
The interior is in fair shape, console and all pcs there. the rear quarters have rusted out.
It would require new rear quarters.
Comes with center line wheels....

They are asking $1500.00 for the car....
I feel like it is a fair price, SHOULD I GET THIS???
I know I copuld part it out for probalby at least that much, but I'd hate to do that...
c'mon Dart guys...help me make this decision...

If it looks good, it sounds like a fair deal. Just a drop in of engine and what not can be a great deal and an easy "To do" thing." Rebuild a tranny and engine or donor car stuff or custom ordered create and (4Example) TCI tranny or what ever.

It sounds like he`s got at least $1500.00 in wheels and fiberglass. If you don`t mind the work, it sounds like a fair price. Let us know what you decide and good luck!
