Need the mounting location

Does anyone have a 64-65 valiant fender with the fish-fin front fender trim pieces that could give me measurements on where to drill my holes for mine? I have cuda fenders on my valiant (no holes) and would like to re-mount these as I really like them. see pics

Here is a picture of mine i edited with some measurements. They are 2 inches from tip of emblem to front of quarter/hood line & 1 7/8 inches from quarter/hood line to emblem. Hope this helps. Also have one off of vehicle if you need spacing of tabs,just let me know.
