Has anyone bought one , are they any good . I have disc brakes all round but just a master cylinder . It takes a lot of pressure to stop ! Also will I need a bias valve ?

You shouldn't need a brake booster with 4 wheel discs. Must be another issue with the hydraulic system....

Yes, you need a proportioning valve installed...

What kinda car we workin on here. You should NOT need a booster in a Mopar A body. I'm getting to be what is known as, over here, as an "old man" and I'm not referring to my age. At 67, osteo / arthritic problems has left my legs pretty weak. My "back yard" brake system (on my 67) is 73/ 74 front disc, with a Linc Versailles factory rear axle / rear disc. I "tried" the factory 67 master "because it was on there" and it turned out to be just about right. I can break the tires loose at freeway speeds with what might be called a "firm foot."

A proportioning valve depends on a lot of stuff. Front rear weight bias, the types and sizes of tires front / rear, and the size of the disks, the pistons in the calipers, and even the pad material.

And let's not negate stuff "that might be wrong" like used rotors that aren't properly contacting the pads, etc.

Hello 67 dart the front discs are very uneven they look crap , I will replace them to start with . It's got wilwoods thanks for your input .

Yes. Smaller master = less pedal pressure needed but further pedal movement. A properly installed and properly bled disc system should feel like "concrete" when the pedal "hits pressure." Mine moves something on the order of about 1/3 of the pedal travel and "its' there"

On this subject, Other then wildwood, who makes a M/C with less then 1 inch bore? Can someone post please, I need a smaler bore MC. Thanks

Edit: I want to have as stock looking as possible.

The M/C I have used, and recommended in previous threads, is RAYBESTOS Part # MC36406,, Amazon still lists them.

If you scroll down the link to applications,, you'll see it's for both "power" and "manual" brakes,, ( actually, the apps used to come up on the original link, but has changed ).

That is good, But I had to use a Booster with 2 mounting holes for the MC. Adapter maybe? http://www.doctordiff.com/master-cylinder-adapter.html
You think this can be used from 2 holes on the booster to 4 on the MC? I dont think so looking at pic.

Take the adaptor off,, use the 4 bolts as the factory did,, then it'll look stock as you requested..

I think I missunderstood you,, the purpose of using this M/C is to be rid of the P/Booster,, and still have an easy/less effort pedal, with better feel..

Jeez, I dont have the adaptor, my MC is 2 holes my Booster is 2 holes. To use the mentioned 4 hole MC will need A - a different booster or B- a adaptor. I dont want to swap booster, Again. Thanks

Your questions is a little off the OP question,, however I'm pretty sure 67Dart273 is using a 2 bolt "Breeze" plastic M/C,, he may have a suggestion for you.

If he doesn't pipe in,, PM him..

cheers
