I got it in the day before i screwed up my shoulder, also got it sealed up with chassis paint.
I replaced the wiper pivot bushings to prevent this from happening again.

Well done! Are you using the silver "Miracle Paint"?

Nope using paint from a place called PM Industries, their out of Jersey.

I have to move closer to you before I start another project Kev. You do very nice work!

Jack

I only live about 20 miles and my repairs are just in the beginning stage, nice job Kevin.

Very nice Kevin. :thumleft:
Looks top notch. :blob:

How is the shoulder. :salute:

That looks great. I have to do this to my 71.
Did you use a patch panel or find a donor?

Dartcuda: The hardest part was finding the spot welds under the rust and also watching so i didn't cut through the floor braces.

Memike: The shoulder is feeling better, thanks.

340sFastback: Yes i found that after i got the floorpan out it was rotted up a little farther so i just made a new piece for it.

340Dart: It's a replacement panel i got from YearOne a couple years ago for another project but it never got used.

Urethane based? Do they claim that it seals rust? Just curious.

Nice looking floor pan man!

I used the Master Series stuff on a small gas tank from a Honda dirtbike, it's great stuff. I like it better than Por-15 and you can apparently paint over it within 7 days. In fact I just bought another 4 cans for the '69 Deviant project!

I bought it from these guys because the manufacterer doesn't answer their emails, their 800 number doesn't work in Canada and they don't deliver to Canada...but these guys do!

Slowly getting my driver back together, got the new carpet in last week and got the steering column and seats in today.
The seats and dash pad are out of another car i just tossed the old one's because they were junk!

I also put in a Hurst V-matic shifter because i just don't like column shift cars.

What do you guys think of my red and black interior?
My other 2 cars have all black interior so this one i just wanted to do a little different.

Looks good Kev. I like colored interiors. Black get boring.

Thanks Adam, the pic. isn't very good the Dupli-color vinyl dye i used on the door panels came out really nice, actually alot nicer than i expected.
I still need to do some brake work to it and get the front-aligned then i can finally start driving it again.

Hay Evil that look's real good! I see you got a B&M shifter.
Red and black seems to fit your name, You EvilScamp!! :evil2:

Congratulations man :headbang:
