Back in the '70's or early '80's I had a Direct Connection high compression 360 piston that I ordered through a car dealer with the pin angled even worse than that! They did replace it.

Actually I’d be pissed off the other pistons in the set were not pre-angled to compensate for the torque. That’s a speed secret I guess you are not ready for.

That’s a swirl piston that is supposed to be used with the swirl port heads.

I’m sure they’ll take it back and replace it. I would t bother with the threat. If they gave me ****, the threat wouldn’t be so, it would be just an incoming heads up to a future fact. I don’t see it as screwing customers, just bad work.
