Hey guys! Find myself in a silly predicament. Have completely redone my Demon over the years........new everything, pretty big HP engine, yada yada yada.

I have left the ORIGINAL rear leaf springs in there because it sits nice and low and even better, with my home made Traction bars(Kinda Cal Trac hybrids), it launches fantastic!

I have now become sick of the harsh ride and would like to replace them. Really have 2 fears. 1. I don't want the car "raked" at all and 2. I would still like a decent launch.

What , who, or where do I begin?

By the way, if ya look under there now, they are pretty much FLAT.

I put new springs on my Demon and yes, it had too much rake. I ended up getting some front hangers that had 3 holes. I use the lowest setting and it made a pretty big difference and sits nice now. In the future as the springs relax, I may have to use a different hole. Here's how it sits now with 245 60 14's on the rear.

It's not what I want, Rusty. But I don't want that 70's "jacked up" look. Looks stupid in my opinion.

you could try and track down some mopar performance circle track springs. these have favorable rates and don't have a ton of arch.

as @CFD244 mentioned a front hanger with several positions can help set ride height so that you don't have that stink bug look.

another option is to contact peter at bergman autocraft. tell him what you're looking for and what you want to do and he'll be able to set you up for success.
