sweet...That is one item I would love to own...to bad the HOA wouldn't approve.
 
HOAs suck big time. One of the few tracts in the area we live in that doesn't have an hoa.
 
With my arthritis, I couldn't do ANYTHING without mine. I use if for a LOT of stuff, including recently changed a rear tire on the little farmall. Handy for test firing engines too.................

Nice lift..Id like to have one but my trusses are 8'6 high to the bottom and 8 feet apart, I dont think it would work.

If you could orient it so the posts are on each side of a truss, and the vehicle would then lift up with the trusses straddleing the car, it might. Depends of course on what's between.

I'm getting old and very arthritic. I would not trade my hoist --even outdoors-- for love nor money nor both put together
 
Could one of them be used with a 10' ceiling height
 
Don't forget that with only a 10' ceiling, you won't be "walking" under the car!!!
