new tires and rims

waaaaa hooooooooooooo wife called me today while i was out running around and said harlow tire called and said the new rims and tires for the race car are in.

going down state to pick them up tommorrow.

been waiting for 6 weeks for them.

ask her for an advance out of the cookie jar and buy the new shocks

just put and IOU in it on top of the others.

i got centerlines all around
with p195x75x15 15x5.5 rims front and the rears are

M/T's 235x60x15 15x7 rims with et street drag radials.
235's are the biggest i can get under the swinger as i only have ss springs and i relly don't want to tubb it cause that will make me want to go to a big block.

oh yea goit a verygood woman with all the toys i got and the $$$ i spend.

I just put the same tires on my Dart last weekend only on 15x8's.
I had b/f/g drag radials on the Dart. They spun through 1st & 2nd on the street.
The M/t's grip and go. Your gonna love the difference :thumrigh:

the fronts are P195x75x15 mastercraft tires.

so i said never heard of mastercraft and he asked me you know cooper tires and i said yea he said thats who makes these tires.

so just to see if i'm getting smke blowed at me i did a search and there was mastercraft and a link to factory and its cooper down in findley,ohio.

they look good with the width of the m't's in the rear will polish up the centerlines and put them on.

Yeah, Mastercraft are good tires. They are all I run on my daily drivers. Plus I know someone that occasionally can get me free tires(rarely if ever discount though). I live about 25 miles from the factory.

Got my M/Ts today. I'll post some pictures later. Man they are heavy compared to my Hoosiers.

I also got my Summit gift card so I ordered some long wheel studs, screw in valve stems, and rims screws.

Now I just need a drive shaft, slip yoke, U-Joints, Front tires and I have a feeling a need a carb. :shock:

mastercraft is great i put that on my daily driver chevy caprice and it was a huge improvement over those general xp that was there before..
