Looks like fun! Why would we think it was a "Boyd Coddington"?!?!?
Had a blast driving it around this afternoon, drove out to a girls hose, she was outside, hit the wolf whistle and she ran for cover, had to go get her, said she didn't know who it was but she wasn't taking any chance, took one of the kids hanging around for a ride, he flipped.
What is it and how is it equiped?

Yep ratty is the word, it's an 88 350 Chevy with overdrive trans, gets over 20 MPG, S-10 rear and mustang II rack and pinion, coils in front with discs and leafs in back with drums, old cassette player for tunes, but with cycle inserts in the sraight pipes it's kinda hard to hear, has a Chevy tilt column with grant wheel. speedo and tach, I'll take some pics if Ya'll wanna see them.

I'd like to see more pictures too.
There's some nostalgia drags coming to the local track next month and I would love to drive something like that down there.
I'd put some painted (or not) steel wheels and some cheater slicks on it, and drive the wheels off of it!

boyd cottington doesnt built hot rods. there too luxurious for them to be called hot rods. he calsses m up to much. this is what its about. this is a rat rod. big v8. light frame and body. 2 seats. 1 gas pedal. a whole lot of yellow underwear when you get squirrely with it. ive always wanted to build a rat rod. just never did. maybe soon. but this is as good as it gets. i love it
