Newbie needs help!!! Casting number????

Putting a 360 in my 74 duster with a833od trans..... wanting to go with manifold not headers because I think the header would dump to far back to run Lakewood side pipes....so went to local yard asked for one for 74 duster 360. I wanted casting number. 3614368. They gave me 2780945 Somebody tell me if it'll work thanks a million

The 2780945 is a 318 manifold.

Ya I know its a 273/318 from 68-70 dart barracuda ...but will it fit my application in a 74 duster with a 360???
