Sidenote, ive said for years there should NOT be any no trade clauses. TFB, you wanna play in the best league on the world. A min of 3 teams on your trade list.

That's about where I stopped also, as it seemed all he had to offer were cliches and buzz words.

The Oilers have clawed their way back to 1st place (tied) in the 'pillow fight' division after a 5 game winning streak. The addition of a couple decent players, some half arse goaltending and spreading out the ice time (in Draisaitl's absence) has made a world of difference.
 
Jets keeping their playoff hopes alive, 2-1 win over Columbus last night. Caught this commercial during the game and laughed my *** off!


For those who don't know, Kyle Connor is one of the top scorers on the Jets roster, and an Olympic gold medal winner.

Kuch now tied with McDavid for Art Ross race.

Vasy in the lead (IMO) for the Vezina.

TBL is the only team with three 30 goal scorers and a franchise record 21 goals by a defenseman (tied for 3rd in NHL this season).

C'mon guys.

Jets will likely have 3 30 goal scorers as Gabriel Vilardi has 29 now, Connor is at 38, and Schiefele is at 34 or 35.
 
Another bad night for TBL.

What the problem wasn't was the new fill-in line of all call ups from Syracuse.
 
Burns had his 1000 consecutive games a few nights ago.
Avs clinch the Central and I think the West last night. The cup goes through Colorado.

I kind of wish that Bettman hadn't messed with the NHL playoff rankings/schedules, as the opening round, as it stood yesterday, would have had the Wild and Jets matching-up. That would have been a fun round, in my opinion!
