I don't but I have my Japanese buddy working on it for you he said the first character means "Un" second looks like a fish. Hopefully he can figure it out, I'll keep you posted

My Mandarin colleague says the first symbol is "No" and the second is "Fish" he doesn't understand the third symbol but thinks the second and third symbols together make up some type or name of a Fish.
