I was thinking early dart but not sure.
I know it is for a Dodge ! Lol

Pretty sure it’s for an A-100 van or a Dodge truck, early to mid 60’s....

Here it is, found one on eBay....1964-1967 Dodge truck. Must be hard to find nice ones, several on eBay and all spendy
