Hi Guy's

Well I'm sitting here in the White Castle parking lot in Heath, Ohio at the Nats and I just had to share a few shots of the PT Cruiser I saw at the track. If your weren't paying attention you would have walked right past this. It looks totally stock inside and out, save for the chrome exhaust tips peeking out from the sides. What you are looking at is a RWD 440 powered PT Cruiser and Yeeeesssss I like it.

I saw a Hemi PT at the SEMA show a few years ago.

There's one similar to that that's local to me that has rally's on it and it's been dubbed the pt "bruiser"

the 426 hemi PT was done in Detroit shortly after the car was produced. nicely done and was told it wasn't that difficult to do

seen another at a car show with a 5.7 hemi rear drive. He drove it from Ill. to Danville, In car show, said it was a blast to drive

looks good with the 440 in there, nice job.

The stock wheels scare me, they are likely to snap off under power one day

I saw it at the Nats yesterday and if not for the side exhaust it looks stock. It has an 8&3/4 rear w/a 4 link rear suspension I believe. He had mirrors showing off the underside but suspension wasn't too visable....kinda dark under that far.

I've ridden in swaps like this.You sit inside in late model comfort,and wack the throttle,feel 60s/70's horsepower.To me ,a surreal feeling.
