been there done that i know what your going threw , seeing how you have his name and a zip code mapquest the zip code to the local law enforcement and get in contact with a detective and tell them your problem they will pay him a visit to find out whats going on and get that joker on the ball and you should see results and they will also want him to show a tracking number i will say atleast he did keep incontact with you though unlike my seller did

Roger, was it coming from the states? Technically anything that has a metered date, like the Ebay labels or a meter strip from a business has to have the same date on it that it is mailed. This is how the Post Office tracks how long it takes for things to arrive. The PO has several ways it "scores" itself, EXFC, 2 day delivery etc. It used to be tied into managements bonus $$$. Anyway, it is in the DMM (Domestic Mail Manual) about the date issue, I got into a major arguement with several bosses over this and they showed it to me in the manual.....bs, I agree but that is the USPS.....if you want to see for yourself go to http://pe.usps.com/text/dmm300/604.htm#wp1156047 and look for section 4.5.2 section a. Long story how I know this......

Well I am giving him the weekend and then I will call the PD. He emailed me just now, he still hasnt been to the house to get the tracking #. I have no idea where he is living now, he has seperated and has moved, he keeps referring to "the old house" I have the zip code for there. If he has seperated and the PD show up at the wife or ex-wifes house that should help smooooooth the seperation over!!

Well good news guys!! I got a refund from OHIOMOPAR. I received a paypal payment from him for the full amount. I thanked him and told him that as soon as the manifolds arrive that I will gladly pay him back asap. Posting this to let everyone know that it doesnt look like he was trying to screw me, or I would never have seen a refund. I will update "if and when" manifolds show up. Thanks Ohiomopar for stepping up and making this right!!

Yep, initially he offered a refund....I declined, I just wanted a tracking # to confirm right?? Still no tracking # so I emailed him tonight, and after Lori and I got back from the local fair the paypal was there as well as an email. apologizing. I hated to do this, but requests for the tracking # werent doing me any good. Got my money back and if my parts show up, then he will get paid!!

.............WOW, i cant believe this is happening again.........we surely need tougher rules and regulations.........we need this **** to end now.....im really dissapointed in the ppl that drag this site into the ground......kim........

It's everywhere man not just here its "cultural" everyone is a victim in todays world and can justify their behavior as "right" in fact one could say there is no right or wrong...it is still sad though by the time Im ready to sells stuff off I wont even want to bother with people...

Well theres always an explanation. Women can be nasty he may have a PFA however if so he should refund you if he cant get to the house or the parts. Hard times means you still have to do the right thing and square up with people. The excuse "Im going through hard times" doesnt mean you made a charity donation to him. Theres alot of that these days people justify burning other people based on their own situation.
