right, they had no problem screwing people over for YEARS...but get whiney when they get screwed over?

That program regularly does those types of investigations. I have seen ones focused on towing companies, auto body shops, used car dealers as well as auto repair shops. They do some really good shows.

That's why I would never take my vehicle to a place like that.

That is a great show, and I hope people stop going there!

I had one boss at a shop I was at that told us to do oil changes and work like there is a camera on you. He also made us make sure the part of the car we worked on was cleaned so if the customer asked he always proud to show them!

I saw a scam special where a guy would pull over a motor home and tell the driver smoke was coming out from under the motothome. So they followed the guy back to his garage distracted the folks and sprayed oil all over the rear axle. His charge to fix the supposed problem
Was 2500 all he did was take it to another place clean it and reinstall it.
