Working on the 318 oil pan.getting ready to reinstall, the end seal that I got has 6 nibs to pull it into the pan but my pan only has 2 holes to pull the nib into.Looks like I have to nip thoes 4 nibs to get this to work,or do I have the wrong seal.I only use fel-pro to seal things up.Any thoughts.

The last Fel-Pro kit i got had 2 different seals in it for the rear, the kit is universal for all small blocks,360 having a different pan from 318,340.Cut them
if it appears it will work and use some black rtv you will be fine.

Also should the cork gaskets lay on to of the rubber end seals .Thats tomorrows project to get the pan on.thanks again my fellow FABO techsssss
