oil pressure sending unit location

I am going to run a mechanical oil pressure gauge. Is there an alternate location to where the oe sending unit is?
I would like to keep the idiot light as well.(thats a big effin sending unit)
 
I thought of that, the oe unit is right below the distributor vacuum advance Id have to get really creative with 90s etc.

you can also clock the dist differently to give you more room if need be .

If your 360 has a oil pressure light, it is that size, or should be. If your 360 has a gauge, then the sender is larger.

This shows both, gauge on the left and light on the right. This is a RB engine, LA simalar but with only one pressure tap.
 
I have a light but it looks like the 360 had a gauge. Ill get rid of that big unit and get the one for the light thenT for my after market gauge problem solved
