Ole' Daze Drags Pictures

It was a beautiful day at Island Raceway in Great Meadows, NJ at the Ole' Daze Drags. Although things moved very, very slowly and I blew out my water pump after only two passes, it was a good time seeing all of the old cars. The day ended for me after someone in the staging lanes ran into a 50 year old utility pole and knocked it down causing another long delay.

Thought you all would like to see some pictures even if it's not all Mopars.

Thanks for posting, very cool. Non sure what engine was in the blown black Chrysler? The blue Impala was neat with the "W" motor.

I see a few more nice Mopars in the last set. The white Mustang II in that last pic reminds me of a guy that trashed his 289 racin' me on the street back in the late 70's............lol.

This is the last of them. This Cheetah was in the show area. How cool is that?! I would have liked to see it make a pass.
