Only overheating on the freeway.

Photo from the Tefba website, costs $70. I didn't know about these, but have seen similar anodized aluminum coolant filter housings on ebay. I have used a dollar store stainless kitchen strainer (smallest one in set), cut out the screen, and put in the upper radiator hose where flow holds it against the inlet. I run that way for a week while running flush thru the system. It has caught a few small rust globs that might otherwise have been caught in the radiator tubes. Doesn't appear to restrict the flow, so you could run with a screen all the time.
