Daily on FABO,FBBO & FEBO at the bottom of the page I am asked if I want to opt out of tracking.
I choose yes and I get a text that says they are working on my request.
This continues to post everyday. ???

I believe Xenforo is the mfg of the software FxBO runs on.

Most likely you have a setting on your browser that's an issue. Like its not set to accept cookies. Try using a different browser and see what happens.
 
The op is from California. They have laws regarding websites selling information. That pop up maybe related.
 
Looks like I have it as well, California resident, actually never scrolled down that far before :p

I know you said you changed nothing, still gotta ask if you ever selected "do not sell my info".
That is weird. That you alone no longer have it showing, unless you selected -do not sell my info.-or owner helped.
I still did as of reading this. I just now selected the no sell of of my info. Let's see.

Still would like the pop up over the keyboard to go away.. that's debilitating members posting.
