over axle exhaust

Hey guys,
I need to change my exhaust on my 70 dart, issue is i'm having a hard time locating the part of the exhaust that goes over the axle.Anyone know of a place that sells one that fits the A bodies with the slant six??

Autopart store has 45 and 90 degree bends. Chop, cut, build.

it's just showing the 8 cylinder...

Yes. Engine size has nothing to do with exhaust fitment that far back. V8 also tends to be 2 1/4" + sizes as well.

doesn't a v8 exit the opposite side of the slant?

Ok, I'll play; it could. This is pretty much a straight out the back pipe, and should work either side. If it had a side bend at the back, I'd take a look at how your exhaust is plumbed and order accordingly.

I would agree. for 26 bucks total to the door , I would make it work. there was a slight bend in mine but there was plenty of wiggle room to fit either pipe on either side and that is with 2 1/2 inch.

Buy some 90s bends and make your own. That's what I would do. I still have to replace my exhaust but when I do that's what I'm making.

By the time you pay US $ with shipping and duties it be cheaper to have a shop bend you some pipes .

Or you could not pay shipping and go to your local auto parts store.

i am pretty my pipes( 70 dart swinger v-8 ) are different where it bends up over the axle from one side to the other. so while you would probably use the same pieces to do both sides they would probably just go at slightly different angles
