Unless it is black exterior, that is a no no with Mopar. Engine compartment is the same as the body color

Mopars from the 60's and 70's were all painted body color.GM paint they're engine bays black, so it common with restoration people to painted all engine bay black do lack knowledge or caring about what is correct to the car they're restoring. Kind of like put a chevy small block in everything.

Tadams paint it with the ivory! You have the paint aready so you need to do it, you in you heart that's what you want anyway
