With Pertronix dont remove the green tape & do not leave the ign on without it running & if you need it on for other reasons, disconnect the P. No solid core wires.
I have a II and III, both run excellent. I used their corosponding coils and bypassed the ballast. The III has a rev liiter and multi spark so you will need an old, non advance light to time it
