I was thinking of this the other day after seeing all these recent "favorite" type threads and thought of one when listening to my i-pod.

If you had to choose ONLY your favorite top 10 songs(it can be anything) what would they be? This may be easy for some and hard for others as it was hard for me to pick my favorite top 10 songs.

Here's my list:
1) "Ohio" by Crosby,Stills,Nash and Young
2) "Find the Cost of Freedom" by CSN & Y
3) "Legend of the Mind" by The Moody Blues
4) "For What it's Worth" by Buffalo Springfeild
5) "Outlaw Man" by the Eagles
6) "Fortunate Son" by CCR
7) "Barracuda" by Heart
8) "Nights in White Satin" by the Moody Blues
9) "San Francisco" by Scott McKenzie
10) "Mississippi Queen" by Mountain

I know it was hard enough for me to pick just 10 when there are SO many good songs out there that I enjoy.

Give me time J, I can't get Nights in White Satin out of my head, great ol song.
I will return :)

Hmm, tough call picking 10 favorite songs. Here is my list of my current favorites. Ask me again tomorrow and it might be different!

Into The Void - Black Sabbath
South Of Heaven - Slayer
Ich Will - Rammstein
Careful With That Mic - Clutch
Walk - Pantera
I Wish I Was The President - Dope
Right Now - Korn
Peace Sells - Megadeth
Mr. Crowley - Ozzy Osbourne
Anesthesia (Pulling Teeth) - Metallica

A quick note that I don't listen to only hard music. I love music from just about all genres. I just tend to lean towards the hard side! :headbang:

Hmmm..this is tough but currently:

The End-The Doors
Break on Through- The Doors
She's so Cold- Rolling Stones
Love- The Cult
Voodoo-Godsmack
Disposable Heroes- Metallica
Working Man-Rush
My Way or the Highway-Limp Bizkit
How Many More times- Led Zeppelin
Desire-U2

Wow talk about a hard list.

In no particular order:

Your Woman - White Town
April 29, 1992 - Sublime
Kashmir - Led Zeppelin
Loser - Beck
For What it's Worth - Buffalo Springfield
The Ghost Inside - The Broken Bells
I Heard It Through The Grape Vine - The CCR version (though Marven Gay does a great one too)
Renegade - Styx
Gimme Shelter - Rolling Stones
Comfortably Numb - Pink Floyd

That was a hard list to come up with and I am sure it would be different tomorrow, there are a lot of songs that are close ....

I'd have to pick anything Metallica!!!!!!!!!!
Master of puppets
For whom the bell tolls
Seek and distroy
So what
Welcome home (sanatarium)
Fade to black
One
Harvester of sorrow
Enter sandman
Kill em all

Sorry guys, I really like Metallica.

It's time to revive this thread again. It's not as worthless as the what day my garbage gets hauled off thread.
