pins on the back of the gauge cluster

I have a few pins on the left side on the back of the gauge cluster is there away to repair them they broke when installing the gauge cluster

Its more trouble than its worth to do. Best plan is another printed circuit board.
What board do you need ?

i have the standard sweep gauges in a 1971 dart

Pictures of the damage would help. I have repaired these, it simply depends on the condition of the printed circuit, and what's left of the pins.

You might be able to, say, find a "junyard dog" of a cluster, that's had a lot of weather damage, but still has enough of the board to use, or at least enough to repair what you have

A lot depends on your soldering skills.............
