"Poker face" series

I had to look it up, apparently his character is called "casino boss"
I guess his role isn't too big, but he himself is famous enough the decided to put him in the trailers

As @Tsully mentioned, it is Adrian Brody
I have watched the 4 eps.. his role is good and more than a cameo :) The show is decent, not amazing but watchable...

Totally a guess, but it sounds like it has a 318 with glasspacks on it when she rips on it out of the Casino end of ep 1. Of course, I know they have audio libraries they pull from all the time.

A cool car is a real 70's detective show trope. Them picking an A-body Cuda for this speaks well for the investment future of a half decade of mostly forgotten great cars.

Re: Episode 2 -What repair did that guy do for 400.00 in 20 minutes? I blew a piston once and it looked a lot like what happened to her car, but that was a little more than 400.00 and 20 minutes. 'Most Honest Mechanic in New Mexico' for sure.

from where the steam came out i am assuming it blew a headlight wire :) I think it was supposed to be radiator

Just watched all 4 episodes last night. I was guessing 68 but don’t know a whole lot about them, more of a post 70s guy, and never liked the fast back, but it’s growing on me. Funny I seen this thread this morning. I was looking at that car the whole time I was watching. When the car was in the shop, I seen decals on the hood and then other rimes I couldn’t. Meybe a bad angle, meybe more then one car being used

Yeah I dig the fastbacks more than I did previously after watching the series. The funniest part was the brake line repair "Oh I saw you were leakin brake fluid so I took care of it" (in like 5 minutes of dialogue ... you swapped in a new brake hose and full brake bleed job on a car that wasn't on a lift out in the dirt? SMH hollywood editors)

It’s definitely got a ‘68 grille and ‘67/‘68 hood.

A ‘67/‘68 front end but a ‘69 rear end.

Can’t see any marker lights in the pictures so maybe a ‘67 body.

Definitely a '69 deluxe interior door panel and '69 deluxe seats. I though head rest were optional on all '69s but mid year became mandatory options.

I just pulled this picture off a promo for the show. Everything on the front looks to be '68, even the hood top ornaments. No Plymouth on the header panel, no fish on the hood and no side markers. '69 stripe. I like it. I'd drive the wheels off it.

Saw the trailer over the weekend. Didn't pay much attention.

Today they were talking about it on the radio.

Look what she's driving-

No idea about the specifics, but did hear it's kind of a detective show.
Girlfriend payin' attention to that and going there soon. I'm trying to muddle thru Russian Doll with Natasha L. ( Girl be trippy saw her on Fallon and WTF ?) That show Russian Doll is a trip and funny imo
Next up Poker Face and Golf /Genesis Open.

Watching last nights episode... starts with a race, i love in shows when a car can just infinitely downshift to speed up :)
