No, not all Dart Swingers, only 1970 340 Swingers came with a Rallye dash.

Thankfully my car doesn't have a rallye dash and its a '70 swinger.

I like the standard dash better.

It doesn't list a rallye dash or tach option for std swinger, only the swinger 340 in 1970.

Sorry, but that is wrong. They made Dart Swingers from 1969-1976. They only made 340 Swingers in 69-70, with the exception of Canada.

If I had a 68, 69 GTS it would get a 68, 69 Baracuda dash and harness. Swinger would be left as is. a mini no frills bench seat 68 RR copy.

I don't know how they COULD offer a rally dash in a non-340 swinger, or non-V8, that is!......those tachs are wired/calibrated for 8-cylinder cars. They would've had to have had a separate part number for a 6 cylinder tach.
