This annual MoonEyes Christmas car show in Pomona is on my bucket list now. The Southern California hot rod car culture still seems second to none in my mind.

It was fun! My buddy, nephew and I were posted up I took the fam in our 68 polara , buddy rolled thru with his 67 barracuda and nephew with his 65 dart . Can’t wait till next year hopefully my homie and I get a race pass and are able take his 67 Barry and my 67 valiant for a couple of passes . Race passes sold out in like 30 minutes!!
He sure likes the Chevies. And the tattooed women.

Damn.
That track is ten minutes from my house, and I didn't know of this event. Mooneyes used to be at Irwindale till it closed, and sold out cause of limited room . I thought the Chrismas party was done, too.
There's a bunch more space at pomona.
I WILL be at next year's with something, probably my Opel.
I wonder how to find out when race sign-up is.
